Return Requirements:
- Condition: Device must be returned in new or like-new condition, fully packaged with all original components.
- Damage Policy: Devices with damage or missing components will be refused and returned.
- Proof of Condition: Not required to initiate a return, but unsellable items will be denied refund and returned.
60-Day 100% Risk-Free Trial — All Models
We’re confident you’ll love your Luxxe device. If you’re not fully satisfied, return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund—no restocking fees, no hidden charges.
Return Shipping:
- Free return shipping (U.S. only) when using Luxxe’s authorized return method.
- If you use a different carrier, we’ll reimburse the equivalent ground shipping cost.
Important Return Conditions:
- All returns must follow our approved process.
- Unauthorized returns or missed timelines = sender’s responsibility.
- Carrier changes (e.g. redirecting packages) void Luxxe’s shipping coverage.
Refund Details:
- Eligible returns = full refund, including shipping (if Luxxe’s method is used).
- Returns must be postmarked within 60 days from delivery.
Elite & Elite-Pro Trial Terms (Personal & Commercial Use)
Whether used at home or in a professional setting (e.g. gyms, clinics, wellness centers), all Luxxe models—including Elite and Elite-Pro—come with a 60-day 100% risk-free trial.
- All standard return requirements apply (like-new condition, all components included).
- The electric stand must be returned with the device for a full refund.
- If not returned, the stand’s value ($1,000) will be deducted from the refund total.
Return Process:

- Receive Instructions: We’ll send a return number and prepaid label (U.S. only)
- Ship & Track: Include all components and provide tracking info

3-Year Limited Warranty
Your Luxxe device is covered for three years from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.
Coverage Includes:
- Devices purchased from Luxxe or authorized resellers
- Repair, replacement, or refund for verified defects
- Free shipping on claims within first 120 days (U.S. only)
Not Covered:
- Cosmetic wear, misuse, or unauthorized repair.
- Damage from liquids, natural disasters, or mishandling.
- Final Sale / Open Box items
Warranty Claims:
- Submit to Warranty@LuxxeRedLight.com with proof of purchase and visual documentation.
- Securely package the item to avoid transit damage.
